Sorry. The bathroom was a bit dirty when I was on a staycation, the AC was not cold enough even though it was set to minimum. Otherwise it was okay.

Friendly hotel staff. The atmosphere is homey, it's just a shame that the bathroom door can't be closed tightly and the sheets and blankets have stains. Hopefully the bathroom door will be fixed soon, and the cleanliness of the room can be improved.

Only the bathroom and bedroom windows need to be repaired and cleaned.

Nice room, friendly staff, very artistic interior with affordable price, the pool is amazing and the restaurant looks so fancy (of course with affordable prices), the ballroom looks so big, good job, the smoking area in the middle with plenty of chairs, amazing place ❤️.

Maybe you could check first about the AC or the room facilities because it feels like sleeping with stuffy air, the AC is not cold and there is no air either.

Staff need to be more friendly and greet, need cleanliness in toilet ceramics and handles and stair floors. Keep the cutlery and warm dishes clean.

The hotel is spacious and aesthetic. Swimming pool and restaurant nearby. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the rooms & bathrooms needs to be improved. The AC in the room did not function properly. Please improve the cleanliness again. The staff is friendly.

Lots of stews, dirty sheets with lots of yellow marks and feathers, hot AC, not enough breakfast choices.

The room is located near the lobby, too noisy, not soundproof.

Hotelnya sudah cukup OK sebenarnya, cuma kebersihan kamar perlu diperhatikan ada rambut dilantai, bungkus permen, dibawah kasur debunya tebal dan byk sampah dari pengunjung sebelum sebelumnya yg tidak dibersihkan.

Ok cukup baik untuk lokasinya juga mantul.
