The room does not match the photo in the application, the room is very shabby and check-in time you have to argue first with the front office because the front office refuses to accept guests using the application on the grounds that the hotel has nothing to do with Oyo anymore.

When I checked-in, it was even given that there was no AC, even though the application included AC. less friendly service. Not recommended for families who want to stay overnight.

Dirty room, dirty bathroom, dirty sink.

The staff is funny, ordered the AC to be on the fan, asked according to price, the rooms are also ugly, rickety. make me sorry.

The bathroom is dirty, there are bricks, the toilet is not lit, the dirty blankets appear to have never been washed, many cupboards are cobwebs, the prices do not match the picture, the WiFi is broken up, the condition of the room smells, the trash is dirty.

The service is very bad the employees don't have any idea to explain about booking through online agents, Just like the place, I would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Room not made to order.

I was transferred to the room unilaterally. Even though I booked the room according to the price listed. The reason is from the hotel that the room I booked is different (more expensive). this should not have happened. And I am very disappointed with the service, not professional.

The price in the application 100 is already AC. But until the crime scene using a fan. If at the crime scene the price of the fan is only 85 thousand. Goba try. The room smells of cigarettes. AC is not cold.

For the room its look as same as the pictures offered. Rooms are clean, and comfortable for sleeping. But for the service, its too bad. Starts from the reception, they does not know their email address to be insert to Traveloka customer services to confirm our reservation. They do nothing to make sure that our reservation is valid. We done to show them our confirmation number, but they cannot accept it, so we call Traveloka by ourself! The reception is very unhelpful for this case!!

The room was not given a toothbrush and towels, the lights were dim.
