comfortable to sleep in. but I once got a room with a water machine above it. So it was a bit noisy

I have often stayed at the Batavia Hotel. However, one experience I disliked was the lack of variety in the menu, the same menu. Especially for the fried patin fish in flour, it gave off a fishy taste because patin fish has a fishy smell. It would be even better and tastier if the patin fish was replaced with dory fish. Breakfast was delivered to the room, but there was a charge. It was part of the hotel service. The food wasn't very tasty either.

The room is not too spacious but it is noisy from the upper floor, like there is a shift in the bed or chair and it happens repeatedly so the children are always shocked, especially at night, because in the middle of the night it is uncomfortable.

The room and bed are clean and the bed is quite spacious. The bathroom is clean but needs to add a grab bar on the toilet for the elderly to make it easier to stand.

The first impression of staying here made me and my partner want to repeat it again, very cool, strategic location, equipped with room facilities, room cleanliness and comfort while resting is indeed calming. Thank you Batavia Hotel.

Pada saat check out dikenakan biaya tambahan karena sprei terkena minyak ke*s-ke*s. Alasannya noda minyak tersebut tidak dapat hilang kalau dicuci. Padahal selama saya menginap di hotel-hotel lain tidak pernah ada masalah dengan noda minyak ke*s2. Saya sangat kecewa dengan petugas laundrynya. Cara penyampaiannya kasar!

The hotel overall is very clean, tidy. The rooms are also nice and clean. The bathroom is also well maintained and satisfying. The bed and table were all clean of ashes and tidy. My group and I will return to this hotel if we stay in Siantar. There is only one suggestion for improvement, namely that cigarette smoke really disturbs us and the children in the breakfast area, because the smoking area is not partitioned or separated. So the smoke and smell of cigarettes spreads in the dining room. Please hope that management can correct this. After all, thumbs up for the reception staff and room service. Sangat kecewa! Saya booking deluxe room untuk 10 malam. Kondisi kamar sangat kotor dan tidak kondusif. 10 malam saya menginap, setiap jam 06.00 pagi (kejadian berulang-ulang) selalu ada keributan seperti menyeret-nyeret kursi, memukul mukul dinding, berlangsung sampai jam 09.00 pagi. Perlengkapan di kamar setiap hari selalu di ganti tapi tidak ada perubahan sama sekali! Masih tetap dekil dan kotor.- Selimut di kamar saya sangat tidak layak untuk di gunakan. Sudah minta untuk di ganti tapi tidak ada perbedaan selama 10 hari.- Handuk untuk mandi di ganti setiap hari tapi masih saja dekil dan kotor.- Alas kaki tidak pernah bersih walau pun di ganti setiap hari.- Dinding dan lantai kamar mandi sangat licin dan kotor. Sudah minta untuk di bersihkan dan sikat tapi hanya bagian lantai saja tang di bersihkan.- Keran cuci tangan sangat kotor dan terlalu dekat dengan wastafel sehingga sangat susah untuk mencuci tangan.- WI-FI sangat lelet, sering tidak terhubung bahkan tidak bisa di gunakan.

Bagus banget, ⭐️5. Pelayanan nya oke, staf ramah sekali, makanan enak, nilai plus nya tidak berisik, sangat nyaman buat istirahat, air panas juga berfungsi normal, kamar gede sekali. Saya rekomendasi kan sekali buat yang mau cari hotel bisa nginap di sini ♡
