This was honestly one of the most frustrating stays I’ve ever had. You can’t even check in at the lobby — you have to wait around for some staff to show up, which already wastes your time. Then they ask for a ridiculous IDR 300,000 deposit, and guess what? They didn’t return it after checkout because of a small stain on the bedsheet that could’ve been gone if they simply washed it properly. Feels like they were just looking for a reason to keep the money.
The room itself was far from clean. The floor was slippery like it hadn’t been mopped in days, and there were random unused items just lying around. The kettle and glasses were covered in dust, and one of the glasses even had dirty water inside — completely disgusting. The gallon was empty, and the “Netflix included” thing was a joke because the remote was broken and couldn’t be used at all.
So basically, I ended up paying almost IDR 700,000 for this mess of a stay. Terrible management, poor maintenance, and zero sense of responsibility. Definitely not worth your money or your patience.
