Decent hotel, decent room. Would recommend!

Stayed in Chisinau for 2 nights. Hotel klassik located about a 10-15 mins walk from the main boulevard. Very clean and helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Would recommend

I left 119 Euro cash in the upper pocket of my backpack which stayed in the hotel room when I was walking in the city. But after the room was cleaned and organised, I found the cash was gone. I messaged the hotel, who told me it was my responsibility for leaving valuables in a unsafe place. Does that indicate the hotel is unsafe? I confirm after checking everywhere my cash was gone, and I could only link to the cleaning. I was not asking the hotel to take any responsibility, but simply urge the hotel to ask the clean staff if she/he saw anything. But the hotel instead criticised me for reporting this case. Besides the fact itself that my cash disappeared, the reply from the hotel is even more annoying. So I strongly suggest be aware of any security issues if booking this hotel.

Nice staff, good location

Amazingly helpful front desk staff! Grateful for service with lost bags, taxi, places to eat. Wonderful experience!!

The hotel is a bit isolated, with nothing much around it. At checkin, no local advice was available due to limited language communication. The room itself was ok.

Fantastic service, great rooms, and a good location. The whole area is very walkable, and the staff are helpful with providing suggestions for places to visit nearby.

Always a pleasure to stay there, is my 1st choice in Chisinau. Unfortunately, the owners closed the restaurant, which was also always very nice. Not to forget the Hotel cat(s) that make every stay a little special

The best place to stay. For this price, you can relax and have a good bed and a good bath. Breakfast is very good. The staff is friendly.

Very good hotel

Staff was friendly and helpful. Scheduling a shuttle to and from the airport was smooth. The one time I tried to check out the on site sauna it was closed (I believe it was closed Saturday and Sunday). Breakfast was pleasant. Room was clean and quiet, I could only hear neighbors if my window was open.

Room was very clean, limited amenities but basics were more than solid. Breakfast was included which was nice. Homemade, tasty. Located about 1-2 km from city center or 15 minute brisk walk. A little dark at night but safe, with hostel in same street.

Everything was okay. The hotel was not extraordinary but all essentials were there.

A great price for the location, which is a 10 minute walk to Stefan Cel Mare Boulevard. The staff all speak English and were helpful in booking restaurants and taxis etc. The rooms were huge, with king sized beds, and nice touches such as bath robes. The showers were hot and powerful. The breakfast was varied and tasty - even offering caviar! You would struggle to get a better value-for-money hotel near the centre.

It was an average experience. Staff was kind of courteous but the owner came to say hello which made up for the staff deficiencies
