This hotel was very clean and staff was amazing. I gave it a 3 star because you have to call for an iron and hair dryer, they are not in room. I also did not like the fact there was no heater, fan or ac in the rooms and I like circulating air to sleep. Breakfast was good you can ask them to make you fresh eggs. Everyone was very nice and this hotel was super clean. I recommend if your okay with the no circulating air.

This hotel needs a renovation, it was good before not anymore, old furniture, old small tvs , simple is get in old

this location was terrible the service was not great and it was lacking customer service, i do not recommend this place at all. They do not make anything clear at check in, they do not tell you about any of the amenities and they are the worst

Nice clean place, up dated and mostly quiet considering Ecuador. The hot water in shower fluctuated pressure and temperature which was less than expected. Staff was very attentive, food very good! Thanks

Every time we took a shower, the carpet outside the bathroom got wet creating a slipping hazard. The employees knew about the room having the issue and they did nothing.

This hotel is run down. I know COVID issues have been a strain on finance's but the carpet looks like it should have been changed 10 years ago. Everything is just tired Mold in the bathroom is just unacceptable The breakfast was not well done
