En lo personal para ser un complejo hotelero no llega ni a tres estrellas , falta de coordinación casi en todo ….. llegada al hotel , distribución de comidas , bebidas

With such a large number of guests they did a great job moving people along for meals and cleaning up the dining area. Staff was very nice and polite. A few small issues but those were resolved fairly quickly.

La parte del hotel donde nos alojaron, no fue la zona principal de su hotel y esta parte está descuidada, necesita más mantenimiento.

Second time staying here and its convienent with it being all inclusive.staff was super helpful and friendly.

Deberían de darle más atención a los huéspedes en cuanto a un recibimiento yo ehido a muchos pero en mi opinión le falta Otra opinión ami me dejaron por la parte de los que hacen la limpieza debería de ser más concientes de no hacer mucha bulla eran las 7 de la mañana y lo q uno quiere es descansar

Food variety is limited, tilapia was the only fish available for the two different times that I visited.

El local muy bonito, aseado, la playa la piscina y todas las áreas hasta las habitaciones. La comida y el entretenimiento estuvieron muy bien. El personal lo mejor.

The facilities are excellents, except the tiny spiders inside the room. A fumigation might help from time to time.

Muchas cosas que mejorar pero tiene un gran potencial, el servicio muy bueno

Me and my husband had a lovely time! Everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this place.

Nice clean room

The hotel is simple. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, this would be the place. As far I saw there wasn't much happening on the property. The rooms are very basic. They provide only the essentials (NO EXTRAS). The pool area was okay. The common areas were very clean. If you want top shelf liquor or good wine you will probably need to purchase your owns and don't forget snacks for after hours, as there's nothing open after 10:00 p.m.

I liked restaurant service, waitres very nice. Didn't like, at the time to check in, my reservation wasn't in the system. * I made my room reservation and they gave me a diferent room, plain with out night stand no trash can in the room, just one in the bathroom, not art pictures on the walls... room looks like a MOTEL ROOM, the was first night then they give us a descent one for second night. I paid for a nice hotel room in avance and the first night gave me a poor hotel room.
