Clean, comfortable, cozy room. Great location in the heart of the city. Friendly staff. Very good service.

The location on the Eugen Doga pietonala was amazing and the proximity to the Stefan cel Mare Park was incredible. However, the front desk agents were rude and dismissive. The minibar in the room was stuffed with drinks and candy that was not needed, since we needed to refrigerate for our own things and had no space. No need for the overpriced stuff to be placed in the mini fridge. The expandable sofa was rough and not comfortable at all; it gave me backaches. I only recommend staying for the location.

I had a business room and this was clean and big. Housekeeping is done daily. The location is in the city center, with many restaurants nearby. The quality of the breakfast is not so good and not diversified.

Was offended by sexual harrasement from one of hotel staff and would ask hotels.com help for legal actions

Location was great, staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Only thing is it says it has parking but you have to find your own parking, there are private car parks nearby though.

Very good option downtown Chisinau

Nice location, friendly staff, comfort rooms. Breakfast in restaurant downstairs can be much better, cold eggs, dirty spoons and knives, very poor assortment, not friendly waiter. All extra drinks like mineral water, cappuccino are very expensive. Last time I prepared a breakfast but receive very poor breaks fast pack because there was not so many other clients on that morning and restaurant decided not to open breakfast. For price of breakfast you can have some quit great morning meal In restaurants around hotel.

Great locationo and Staff were very helpful!I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Everything is within walking distance, whether you're looking for restaurants, shops, or local attractions, which was a massive plus for me. The highlight of my stay was definitely the staff. They were incredibly helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure I had a great experience. From the friendly check-in process to the helpful recommendations for local spots, their hospitality made a significant difference in my trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Hotel was average

They lied about parking, i had to pay parking for rent a car, 300 Lei a day! Rip offs. Also front desk, non english speaking, amazing, could not believe it. Late at night you Are able to walk in past them enter the elevator and no question asked, “0” security! Just shocked, their beds if you chose double bed, its not even connected, in the middle of the night if you sleep rough beds separate and u can fall Anytime, ridiculous. No information on the mini bar before usage, before u leave the rip U off again. Just 0

Traveling alone as a woman, I felt safe in my room and at the hotel. The staff were helpful and understanding, and patient with me since I only speak English.

Close to shopping, dining, and historic downtown Chișinău. Located on the Str. Eugen Doga pedestrian mall. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, even by Moldovan standards.

Located centrally. Not all staff was helpful. I asked for an extra blanket, and one could not be provided. That doesn’t seem like a significant request. Was disappointed that such an easy ask was not met.

Very good and cozy place to spend a couple of night in Chisinau

A beautiful hotel right in the centre of the city but on a quiet, pedestrianised street. The staff were very helpful and found us a room straight away even though we checked in at 09.30, superb service! Good choice of food at the breakfast buffet (especially the fresh fruit), there was also a restaurant but we did not try this. Plenty of restaurants and cafes all around serving traditional food (would recommend La Placinte). Beautiful parks a few minutes walk from the hotel. Unfortunately no tea/coffee in the room however an excellent coffee shop right opposite plus another in the park.

Nice and comftbol

The teenager who plays the amplified guitar and sings depressing songs in front of the hotel day and night needs to be run off. He is a loud nuisance.

Absolutely lived this hotel. Very nice, convenient location, very friendly, helpful staff. Definitely will recommend and will stay here again.
