This, as you already know, is because the number of guests who come is different from the information we received in your reservation. The type you ordered was 4 beds in a "4-bed Female Dorm" which is for 4 adults (women only), where the size per mattress itself is 100cm x 200cm (single bed). But when you and your family arrived at our hostel, the reality would be 4 adults and 4 children. Matters regarding the minimum age and number of guests per mattress are listed on our profile on Traveloka as information for guests who will make reservations at our place, for the comfort and safety of their own guests. We hope that in the future things like this will not happen again, for you or any other guest who will stay at our hostel. Thank you, Alexander
