ordered executive but felt like regular

Info ya. Everything is ok. Disappointed when we arrived on Sunday not knowing that the road was closed. We brought a huge suitcase not to mention bringing souvenirs because we had stayed at another place from the start which was quite far for a lazy generation like me. Emotional and the guest should have been informed. Thankfully we got a place at 1003 view of Jalan Braga. The food was all delicious. The swimming pool is only for diving. The staff and security guards are all friendly.

One good thing about the hotel which I like was its location, which is near the mosque and Jalan Braga. Actually, this was my second time here, but my disappointments in this second stay were that I had to wait more than 45 minutes after check-in time to get my room ready, and when I came, the floor was still wet and the toilet was not properly cleaned. A lot of hairs on the floor. The air-conditioned was leaking and water came out non-stop that I have to use the dust bin to hold the water or the floor will get wide. Other than this, I have tried several times to order food from the kitchen (room services) but at no avail. My orders were rejected and were given excuses like they are busy with preparing food for an event, kitchen is under maintenance, bla bla.

The plus of the hotel is that it is close to the town square, Braga. The staff are friendly, the security guards are friendly, the breakfast is okay, but the cleanliness and quality of the room should be improved. The mattress is white but not white, I don't know if it has been replaced or not. The room doesn't smell good, as far as I know every hotel has its own distinctive scent. This one doesn't smell good. The bathroom door needs to be checked again. The curtains in the room are very dirty, they should have been replaced at least washed. The smell is different. And there is no place to store clothes, so they are hung in front of the TV. The room is not soundproof, you know how noisy it is, I can't sleep well until morning. The floor of the room is clean.
