Very affordable hotel, friendly staff

Permission to convey, during my stay here, the hotel facilities were incomplete, there was no gym, the room Wi-Fi was always loading so it couldn't be used, there was no refrigerator in the room, and the swimming pool was not maintained, the shower room was dirty, smelly, no soap was provided. The breakfast menu was delicious, although it was a bit incomplete and there was no chicken menu when I was there hehe. The air there was cool, it was very cold in the middle of the night even without AC and the room was clean, I got a queen bed room with 2 beds, oh yes, the water heater tended not to be as warm as normal water so it was a bit cold when taking a shower.

Everything is ok, just the food needs more variety.

Overall worth it for the family

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The room was clean and very spacious. The breakfast menu was extensive, with a wide selection of main courses and desserts. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi often didn't reach the rooms on the third floor, but otherwise, it was fine.

Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, clean beds, and a wide variety of food. The swimming pool, however, needs cleaning; it's a bit dirty.

The hotel is clean, odorless, comfortable, and the staff are all very friendly. I highly recommend staying here again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, ample parking, beautiful views, all rooms have balconies, a fairly extensive breakfast selection, and a minimarket and ATM center right in front of the hotel. It's easy to get snacks—just take the elevator down and walk. Thank you.

The shower water was murky and sandy. When we asked the receptionist, they said it was under maintenance, but there was no prior confirmation. Maintenance could have been done after the guest checked out. There was a timeframe between 12 and 2:00. My husband and children had already showered and then realized it, and I had to rinse again with mineral water. The water heater wasn't hot at all!

From 8 a.m. the water was completely gone, and by 10:18 a.m. the water was black and a few drops were coming out. No Wi-Fi was available in the room. Until we checked out, we couldn't shower or brush our teeth. 👎 I'm sorry, hun.

The hotel is comfortable and reasonably priced. There's a minimarket right in front of the hotel. There are toy ducks and boats on the small lake with beautiful views, perfect for relaxing and entertaining the kids.

everything is okay, just the swimming pool is quite far outside the hotel building. the cleanliness of the pool is okay... the mattress is okay, ordered 2 queen beds, big enough for 4 people, it's okay. only the towels are only 2. initially, you can only exchange wet towels but the room service gave you another one. the lobby is very spacious. the food is standard. the good thing is that the room has a balcony, it's just a shame that the door lock in my room didn't work. the room uses this air conditioner, it's really good... close to everywhere. the staff and security guards are friendly. check in and check out are very easy. will definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms with natural views, close to tourist attractions in Lembang, are a suitable choice for staying.

It happened to be a New Year's Eve event with a big dance voucher prize, and until now there has been no realization from the hotel management...really disappointed
