Phòng bình thường, ở xa biển nhưng giá cao. Có phụ phí riêng của khách sạn khi check in sớm (30k/h) và tới lúc tính tiền thì thu tiếp 10k - phí check-in sớm (do app tính) => Khoản 10k này không báo trước và dù mình không phải trả (do nói rõ với bên ks) nhưng cũng chẳng vui vẻ gì mấy.

Phòng cũ & có mùi hôi, ga và chăn có vẻ rất lâu chưa giặt. Đèn toilet không đủ sáng và bị xông mùi cống. Giờ check in là 13h, mình đến sớm hơn một chút và được cho nhận phòng luôn nhưng không báo trước có phụ thu (dù trước đó mình đã có hỏi), sau khi check in trả phòng thì yêu cầu mình thanh toán thêm. Giá phòng mình book là 585k (đã thanh toán khi nhận phòng) nhưng bill ra là 595k, cộng thêm phí check in sớm 30k, tổng mình trả thêm là 40k. Số tiền không nhiều nhưng cách làm việc mập mờ của khách sạn mình hoàn toàn không hài lòng. Đề nghị xem lại
