Spacious rooms, friendly staff, at a lovely price.

โดยรวมตัวห้องพักดีค่ะ แต่ก่อนจะบินไปถึงภูเก็ตได้โทรเข้าโรงแรมแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ว่าเราจะไปถึงช้า เพราะเครื่องดีเลย์ แต่เจ้าหน้าที่ยังไม่ทราบเลยว่าเราจองไว้แล้วจ่ายเงินไปแล้ว และพอไปถึงภูเก็ต เราก็ขับรถตามหมุดแผนที่ สรุปว่าโรงแรมอยู่คนละทางกับแผนที่เลยค่ะ ไกลกว่าหมุดมาก จะออกนอกเมืองอยู่แล้ว ซึ่งจริงๆแล้วที่เราจองโรงแรมนี้ส่วนนึงคือต้องการพักในตัวเมือง แต่ความเป็นจริงไม่ใช่เลย อยากให้ปรับปรุง มันเสียความรู้สึก และสุดท้าย งง กับพนักงานทำความสะอาดห้องมากเลยค่ะ เราพัก2 ห้อง ประมาณ 9 โมง พนักงานทำความสะอาดไปเคาะห้องแม่เรา แล้วบอกว่าจะทำความสะอาดห้อง แม่เราก็ไม่ได้เอาป้ายไปติดหน้าห้องนะว่าจะให้ทำความสะอาด สุดท้ายแม่เราต้องไปนั่งแถวสระน้ำ ให้พนักงานเข้ามาทำความสะอาด ทำกับแขกแบบนี้ได้ด้วยหรอ? ควรปรับปรุงด่วน แต่ห้องสวย สะอาด ที่นอนนุ่ม อันนี้ขอชมนะ

Old, so much dust. No people clean the path. The hotel is dark.

The app does not tell you where to get the room. We booked a room next to the pool. Thought that it would be first class to reserve Reservation by the pool But after checking in Can tell the first floor fully. Second floor.
