Overall is good. But we requested from traveloka for 2 single bed, get 1 large bed instead, the staff said we didn’t request and can’t change the room. The bed cover really dirty, we don’t know that’s blood or lipstick, or pee stain. We really sprayed hand sanitizer all over the place because of the bed cover

on the second day asked to re-tap it's useless to talk on the check-in day if you've already booked 2 times for 1 room, no need to check out again because the booking is for 2 days. there is no clear coordination between the receptionists who are on different shifts. TV channels only get TVRI 🤪😂 they said it was burned but how come it lasted 2 nights and 3 days 😂🤪

The room is quite comfortable, there are lots of culinary options around the hotel.

hotel staff is not friendly when checking in. no smile at all, looks indifferent. and when checking out is very different, the staff is very friendly. and the check out process is very fast. and for food choices at breakfast is not too much.

The water is yellow and smelly. The water coming out of the shower head spreads everywhere. There is a wire hanging from the bottom of the sink, as if the building is not finished yet. If there are 2 guests staying, does that mean they need 2 sandals but only 1 is provided? This is the first time I've asked for ice cubes and paid 20 thousand rupiah. The food at breakfast doesn't taste good, sorry to say. Breakfast is at half past 8 but it's not refilled even though many have run out. The hospitality of the receptionist is not good. The lobby security guard is nowhere to be found, even asking for a trolley is a hassle.

Nothing special. Just good.

Actually overall it's safe here but sometimes the details of the corners of the room and bathroom are not very clean. Also at breakfast time at 9-9.30 most of the food is already finished, there is not much variety.

1. The bathroom does not have an exhaust fan so the smell from the bathroom can be smelled on the bed, 2. The mattress base is not white, it is very dull towards dark, 3. The room lights are full orange so the room looks dark, 4. The room is not soundproof so if the next room is taking a shower, the sound of water can be heard clearly, 5. The water drain is slow to come out, 6. The TV has no broadcast, 7. The carpet in the elevator needs to be replaced, it looks dirty, 8. The swimming pool water is very cold and the pool area has an unpleasant smell. 9. From the room to the basement, you can't use the elevator so you have to use the stairs to the basement, 10. The water kettle is moldy.

Check in was fast. Room was quite nice, shower water was good.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the service is good.

I've called the reception more than 6 times and there's no answer at all.
