I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. Even on the first day, I wanted to leave because the room was so creepy. The corridor feels like a haunted place, the lamp was flickering, the room and shower were moldy, wallpaper torn, and so many cockroaches. Wi-Fi was off. I hope the management will fix it soon because the location is quite strategic.

Unfortunately, while I was staying here, the Wi-Fi network was having problems. The rest 👍

Good location, not too far from Bukit Bintang Street on foot. Big room space and bathroom, the cleanliness is good. If you plan to travel with a small family, it's a good choice to book this hotel.

The room wasn't cleaned, despite a "make-up room" sign hanging. I arrived at the hotel at 12 midnight and asked for it to be cleaned, but the receptionist and cleaning staff grumbled about it being late. The hotel was gloomy, and the receptionist on the next shift was unfriendly.

Hi all visitors, we are a family of five who stayed at this hotel (Executive family suites) for almost a month in different weeks. I can say this hotel is budget-friendly and the location is awesome. Bukit Bintang, Berjaya Times Square, Lalaport, Sungeiwang Plaza are all within walking distance from the hotel. So many food shops nearby, even Petronas Twin Towers and Pavilion are also 1-2 km away. I definitely recommend this hotel, but some issues we faced were a VERY poor Wi-Fi connection at night, no bar fridge (it would be very fair to have one), the floor lobby was dirty, and the aircon filter was way too dusty (not maintained at all). Some room toilet tiles come out and are really sharp. The hotel authority should maintain and fix all the issues ASAP. Thanks.

Wrongly booked this hotel this time. The bak kut teh smell is too strong.

Location near Bukit Bintang... The price for a family room for 4 people is very cheap.

The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was varied. The rooms were spacious and clean.

You can walk around 5-10 minute to berjaya time square, alor street, and pavillion mall, and you can easily to find street food nearby. Good location. But the cleanliness of the room and the bed should be given more attention. Also the room not very soundproof.

Very close to Berjaya Times Square and Imbi LRT Station, only 5 minutes walk. Quiet atmosphere, many halal and non-halal food vendors.

Reception is not only very friendly but also very nice.

It was a good place to stay in KL.
