It's good but the TV and AC are broken, they can't get cold.

Dirty sheets, only given towels as a sign of toiletries. No mat in the bathroom. There is a table in the room, but it is not there.

Lots of cockroaches because the room is damp.

The AC isn't cold, so what else can I do, it's cheap.

The AC is not cold enough, overall it is comfortable for sleeping.

The place is a bit quiet, but close to the Epicentrum mall Mataram recreation area.

The room a bit dirty, but guess worth the price since its so cheap. If you want comfort, try a higher price.

It 's situated in a down town of Mataram and close to 24 hours McDonald 's. It 's also not that far from the main shopping mall and coffee shops. Affordable prices for a short-term or a long-term travelers.

Ac tidak dingin, seprei kotor tidak pernah ganti, alat mandi tidak lengkap. Kotor banget.

Check-in was fast and friendly, the room was clean and fragrant.

Staff hotel ramah dan kooperatif/selalu siap membantu. Kamar nyaman dan bersih. Lokasi juga tak terlalu jauh dari tempat perbelanjaan (mall, supermarket, maupun pasar tradisional). Namun beberapa hal minus yang saya dapat: 1. AC agak bermasalah (kurang dingin atau sepertinya kurang terawat/kotor sehingga udara agak terhambat) 2. Drainage atau saluran air di kamar mandi agak mampet. 3. Pada hari ke-2 menerima penggantian handuk, namun ternyata (setelah saya pakai) baru sadar pada handuk ada noda seperti bekas semir sepatu yang tak mempan dicuci. 4. Pada malam ke-2 ada yang bermain gitar di sekitar lobby (mungkin staf) atau di kamar lain dan suaranya sampai terdengar di kamar # 102 (yang lokasinya cukup berjarak dari lobby).

No Hot Water n No Coffee/Tea in the room. Coffee must be bought worth 7000/sachet.

Towels and bed linen clean. The floor is also clean.

It's nice to be able to vacation, get a cheap and good hotel but the air conditioner is not cold enough

AC is not cold. The room is cramped.

The place is comfortable and the service is also friendly and the position of the hotel is strategic ... really recommended .. 😊
