The location is quite far from the center so it is very quiet. The staff here are very welcoming and thoughtful. I arrived in Sapa at 11am so take a motorbike driver 12km to nearby. After that, the motorbike taxi driver didn't know the way so I called the receptionist to come in. Quality of service, very good customer care. Will come back next time.
