Please pay more attention to the shower. I booked two different rooms and the bathroom shower always had problems, the water was very small.

Location near the swallow nest, noisy all night long. Check-out limit is listed at 12.30, before 12.30 the deposit is forfeited.

Air jalannya kecil ketika mau mandi. Banyak nyamuk.

Akomodasi sesuai dengan yang di gambar tempat nya luas dan juga nyaman.

Kamar sih bersih, tetapi bau dari kamar mandi itu loh aromanya ga enak dan juga air shower tuh kecil banget. Dan AC nya rusak. Ga dingin.

Saya pesan 2 kamar buat anak dan menantu saya dan satu kamar lagi buat anak saya sendiri, tengah malam kamar anak dan menantu saya di gedor dan di suruh keluar dari kamar karena ada razia pol pamong praja, sementara menantu saya dalam posisi hamil jadi harus menuruni tangga, tapi anak saya menolak. Seharusnya receptionist bisa menjelaskan bahwa di kamar itu di tempati suami istri yang sah dan tidak sembarangan menyuruh tamu keluar dari kamar apalagi saat itu sudah tengah malam.

Eighth time staying here. The only drawback is that the exhaust in the bathroom goes out, so an unpleasant smell comes out of the bathroom in the single room. AC and TV function properly. After several stays the receptionist offered to clean the room. Good job, Gunung Sari Hotel, finally cleaning up better 🙏.

Most surprisely moment pintu kamar digedor jam 1 pagi kuat. Aku kirain siapa pas dibuka serombongan pol pp dan polisi ada razia penyakit masyarakat di hotel. Kaget sih ada razia begituan kamar diperiksa dipikir bawa wanita di dalam. Padahal kamarku single bed. Harusnya pihak manajemen bisa menjelaskan. Benar-benar absurd, kesel tapi mau ngakak juga sih. Udah enak-enak tidur dibangunin eh ga buka alas sepatu lagi masuk kamarnya. Oalah.
