A memorable experience with family

The room is very spacious, but unfortunately the TV doesn't have Netflix or YouTube. The bathroom with the pool doesn't have hot water. The breakfast menu could be more varied.

Stayed in glamping, the room was clean. The staff were friendly.

The staff are all very friendly, the swimming pool is clean, the food and drinks are delicious, the rooms are spacious.

We stayed at glamping, not at the hotel. The place is quiet. We rented a family glamping that can accommodate 4 people with two large beds. Unfortunately, breakfast is only provided for 3 people. Other than that, the car park is quite far, so if you want to get in and out you have to walk quite a bit or use the e-car service provided by the hotel (free).

The room is very spacious, clean, bright because of the large windows. Many activities and the kids were happy during their stay. It's just that there aren't many breakfast variations and the taste needs to be improved.

It's actually nice to be one with nature, it's just a shame to park a little far from the glamping room area, even though all the facilities for the glamping room are complete. And the experience of calling the hotel to book with Mr. Far**an was less than pleasant, he promised to call back but even after 2 days there was no news. Access from the room to the parking lot and hotel restaurant does not have a canopy so you have to bring an umbrella and the lighting is less than adequate for the night

Everything is good, the villa is also good, clean, spacious rooms, bathrooms are also spacious. The hotel and rooms are very comfortable and quiet, suitable for refreshing and relaxation. Suggestions for food, the variants at breakfast are very minimal, arranged very little so it is not very appetizing. The taste is also lacking for a villa class per night 3 million. Complete facilities, kids friendly too .. but the price is quite expensive, there should be a special price for hotel / villa guests. The water channel in the downstairs bathroom needs to be checked because when using the bathtub there is a lot of moss from the tap that comes out. Insects are also very numerous, maybe because I came during the rainy season until at night they all enter the downstairs bathroom area (I was in villa 2A).

the location is strategic, close to the toll road and also close to Tretes. what is lacking is the variety of food because it is small, with a 5-star hotel the menu should be many. then when there are few guests staying, they are given a breakfast package which is not much, tends to be small. it should be noted that even though there are few or many guests, breakfast must still be a buffet. because this is a 5-star hotel.

Kids love staying here because there is a swimming pool and also archery, cool photo spots, cool atmosphere. For breakfast, kids try porridge and it tastes a bit salty. For other menus such as fried rice, soto, all are delicious. Hopefully there will be more menu choices. And next time I still want to go there again.

The rooms are very clean. Complete amenities. I thought the breakfast was a buffet, but it turns out that you can choose 1 menu per person, you can't add more.

The rooms are big, clean and the design is also unique. However, it is a bit lacking in the parking lot, at night it is quite dark and there are no officers on guard around the parking lot. The breakfast was also not enough for the 5 star category, it was refilled late and served and the rice was cold yesterday.

A good hotel to refresh because the place and atmosphere are clean, cool and comfortable, the air is still cool and beautiful. Maybe a refill system can be made for drinking so it can be greener without plastic waste bottles.
