Excellence hotel, small and cozy, interesting guests. It is located in the embassy area and steps away from the Yellow line gondolas (important in La Paz) Management and staff very helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make suggestions to improve your La Paz experience.

Great shower and really worm room considering that it was really cold in La Paz during our stay. Would stay there again.

The staff and location are great! I loved the neighborhood and the restaurants near by. The staff helped me a lot! I recommend staying here! The only comment did mgmt is to improve the breakfast, the coffee and eggs were cold. You have wonderful staff!!! I recommend Casa Fusion.

We had a very relaxing stay at casa fusion. We arrived around 6 am having taken a night bus, and the room was available right away, which was amazing. The beds were comfortable and the room was fine. The only thing that bothered us a bit was that the walls are quite thin and the housekeeping staff was yelling to each other across the hall. Apart from that, we thought this hotel was really good value for money, with a decent breakfast included. It’s a bit of a walk towards the centre, so keep that in mind. The lady at reception (sorry I don’t know her name) was incredibly friendly, and gave us great advice. She even printed out a map of our next destination for us with recommendations for restaurants and a contact person in case we needed help! Overall a very good stay!

In December 2016, I booked Casa Fusion for my three night stay in July 2017 trip. The confirmation indicated that the cost would be US$213.00. During my stay I found the hotel, its room and staff were pleasant. At the time when I settled my account, the staff at that time insisted on exchanging the rate from Boliviano (BoB) to US dollar using the exchange rate of US$1.00 = BoB 6.7. This gave the cost of my hotel room more than US$213.00. I did try to explain that I would like to pay the amount shown on my hotel confirmation but no success. I finally did pay which was more than I expected. This was disappointing as I took the confirmation as the contract between Expedia/the hotel and I. The difference was not that much but it should not happen.

The room itself was nice and comes with all the amenities you might need for a 1 or 2 night stay. However, the room smelled so strongly of cleaning materials I had to leave the window open through the night. The hotel is also pretty far from the center of La Paz, about a 30-40 minute walk.

I spent one night at Casa Fusion and staff was very helpful, arranging a very early morning cab ride to the airport for me. The hotel was extremely clean and institutional looking. The major drawback for me was that the room smelt extremely strongly of cleaning products. Despite opening the windows for a while the smell remained offensive. Other than this, Casa Fusion is in a fine location & seemed safe. Not a very charismatic place and somewhat expensive for what you get but.. decent!

Very friendly and accommodating staff in a quiet and residential area of town but a little far from the city center where most of the action takes place.

We spent two nights at Casa Fusion. When we were shown into a room overlooking the street, I voiced concern about the possible noise and was assured the neighborhood is quiet. On the first night, a Saturday, dogs barked through the wee hours into the night making it impossible to sleep. I asked about the barking the next morning and was told that they bark at revelers leaving a nearby nightclub. They did not have a room in the back so could not move us. But the noise level was pretty much better the next night, a Sunday. The rooms are VERY basic. ( I am having doubts about trusting Tripadvisor's excellent ratings.) Breakfast was just okay; the two women in the kitchen were having a wonderful time together but paid no attention to the guests other than to ask for our room number. Josh at the front desk was quite helpful.

Casa Fusion is a charming boutique hotel just outside the craziness. The neighborhood is quite and great for walking around. The staff is very helpful and speak English, which is very important for us Gringos. A great place to recover after the Uyuni Salt Flats tour. Love La Paz; it's not dangerous.

The place is clean and modern compare to the rest of most hotel in La Paz. A bit far from centre need taxi to get around. The staff there were very helpful and polite. Most of them speak fairly good English which is not easy to find in Soutch America. Could do with the fridge or tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
