Pésima experiencia!! El hotel no tiene recepción, el ascensor no funciona, me toco subir por escaleras con mis maletas hasta encontrarme una señora que trabaja en el aseo. Esta señora también bastante grosera, me dijo que tenia que comunicarme a un numero para tramitar mi check in! En ese numero no contestaron, me toco salir a la calle a buscar otro hotel donde quedarme. Es una vergüenza de hotel, no se lo recomiendo a nadie!

Whether was 36C and no air conditioner in the room. Roasting and unable to sleep. Was like trying to sleep in sauna. However, nice location, close to Centro and 1 min walk to Bilbao metro station. Supermarkets, banks and restaurants on same street or street parallel.

The photos don’t do the apartment justice. Great stay. It is necessary to do the online checkin before arrival, to get access codes. There is no reception. Once got email, everything fine.

The check in process was awful. On arrival there was only the cleaner who spoke no English and was very rude when I spoke only a little Spanish. She left giving my a card to What’s Ap someone who didn’t answer the message for a long time leaving me sitting in the hall. Eventually they answered and I to complete an on line check in Spanish. The whole process took nearly 90 minutes. The room was small but adequate for one though it was a double. Good location for my needs

A wonderful ‘albergue, / boutique hotel. Good service and communication. Be aware of the fact there in not really a reception - so timing arrival is important.

Good location, close to a Metro stop. Did not like the self check-in as no email was sent prior to the day of check-in.

The rooms are very nice but small. Very friendly staff, it is almost self service with no reception. You will ring the bell and will welcome you and show you to your room. Some noise. Good value for thew price.

I spent hours out on the cold street with my eight-year-old daughter because we couldn't get in because the proprietor never sent the email with the code to get in the door. There is no evidence whatsoever that she did this to my correct email which Expedia has!!! Instead she was at a New Year's Eve party not to be heard from! Totally unacceptable!

Although English was not spoken, I found the staff quite patient and understanding in dealing with my minimal knowledge of Spanish. The property was quiet and well maintained.

Reserve una habitación doble y lo que obtuve fue un cuartito con un bañito con una cama doble. Lo que venden en las fotos no coincide. Fatal

Operativo y el personal muy agradable

Fint rent værelse men meget, meget lydt.

La ubicacion perfecta. La limpieza y la habitación bien. El unico inconveniente es la falta de Recepcion.

Hôtel très bien placé, quartier animé mais tranquille, chambre propre et récemment refaite, un prix très correct pour le lieu, à recommander

No puedes acceder hasta las 15:00 ni siquiera para dejar la maleta en consigna. No hay recepción, todo es online.
