Overall it was good but they can improve on breakfast menu and they should replace the old carpet in the rooms plus the old furniture as well

We changed rooms because the air con did not work, the new room only had tepid water after running the tap for ten minutes. Sometimes hot water would come but then vanish.
The air con in the new room worked but was loud, that was fixed.
The Mosquito net around the bed had gaping holes.
The dead lock on the door did not work.
The internet was poor and patchy.
The swimming pool did not have any water in it and was next to a main road.
No alcohol could be drunk on the premises. The staff were friendly and tried to help. All in all the hotel was tired and needed a good make over.

We booked through the site. But it took the staff 45 minutes to assist us because they couldn’t find the booking in their system even though we had shown them our booking confirmation. However, breakfast included was good. I think hotel rooms shouldn’t have carpeting as it traps dust and could trigger allergies. All in all the service was ok

The worst service ever, they left me waiting then refused to let me checking in, requestes to talk to their .manager, no body showed up, recpetionist was rude, i had to leave finally and go looking for another hotel
