The property and room was nice and luxurious feeling. The bathtub was not enjoyable as there was no hot water to fill the tub, very disappointing. The pool was very cold

Very nice place, clean close to a lots of restaurants.

We stayed one night, Closer to the airport and located in a nice place. Room is basic, bathroom sink was leaking and had a smell.

I was very impressed overall. It was my first time traveling alone in a foreign country. They were at the airport to greet me, the service was excellent and the food was to die for! The grounds of the hotel made me feel like I was visiting some manor house. It was relaxing and safe place. I highly recommend this hotel!

There was no hot water for my entire stay!! I could not even take a shower! Also, the bathroom sink leaked! The water drained onto the floor! The restaurant was awful and the female wait person refused to even show me a menu! After the manager spoke with her, she was forced to wait on me and she was very unpleasant and unprofessional.

No air conditioning, no fan, bugs comes in when open windows.

I was the only customer there but the staffs were nice to me

The staff need more training. They are insufficient to take care of customers. It is hard to find them, because there are so few of them. When you do find them, they did not speak common languages such as French, Spanish, or even English
