It was next riverside and really like sounds of river.

Location was great. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Room had lots of counter space. Shower was very good.

This place was great

Every foot step taken from my neighbor, could be heard in the room. When the neighbor took a shower, you could hear when they dropped the soap, when they coughed. Could be petty until you’re exhausted & just want to rest!

Good location, quiet, a lot of walking options, restaurant just 50 yards away. Walking distance to Downtown and pool. Clean place, rooms good. Wi Fi working perfect. Cozy lobby with very friendly staff!

We had a nice room with a balcony that backed up to the river. The king sized bed and pillows were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Large room with city area and two queen size beds, clean and located well very middle of the road. Breakfast was very mediocre standard hotel continental breakfast.

The property has a beautiful location, and the staff are incredibly kind and friendly.

This property is by the river. Staff was excellent. The room was over looking the River and the water at night was very peaceful. Decor was very cute. Very homey feel.

Loved everything about this place. It was our favorite lodging of our week long trip through Colorado! Good breakfast, friendly staff, walk to Ouray along the river. Loved the balcony, the warm and inviting rooms! Sleep with the window open and listen to the river.

Second stay at this property. Great location for quick access to the pool and town. The rooms all face riverside and have easy access to the 2 mile river walk loop. The room was clean and the property well maintained.

This is a great place to stay to explore Ouray and tbd surrounding towns. The innkeepers are really welcoming and you can get things like towels, cups and any needs until around 930 pm in the lobby. They keep free coffee around most of the day. Breakfast is 730-930 am, very basic but fine just to get an easy morning start. Every room has a microwave and mini fridge and coffee maker. Loved the patio right on the river. It’s a 10-15 min walk into town, very pleasant along the river. Hot Springs are a 5 min walk.

Well maintained rooms next a stream and close to ouray springs.
