Always great Staff

Is not that i see any body asking me if all was ok but all was great

The place is good, the problem is the service, no body around to order anything, you have to pay for cafe if you want in your room! Went to the Restaurant they didn’t have shrimp:(

The staff was nice, room super clean and comfortable

The food in general was great evrything was execrlent on the front services was great thank you for evrything

We decided to eat lunch a la carte and waited an hour for our meals even though we ordered at 2pm on a sunday after the “lunch rush”. We ordered five plates and the taste was below our expectations for the cost and wait. When I told a supervisor they said this was the standard. The piña coladas were so bland and just tasteless. The property and pool look dated as well as the bed mattresses squeak as you move. There are limited beach chairs on the beach. I do not plan on ever returning or referring the place.

Spiders in the room, water wasn’t heating well, no breakfast included…

Room was clean I wish they would offer complementary coffee in the room daily.

Well im not happy about that. When i booked my reservation it says breakfast included, when i asked the front for the free breakfast they said they dont make reservation with breakfast included. Thats is called false advertisement. No happy about that

The property was well maintained, the staff was hospitable. Some minor work needs to be done on the bathroom in the unit that I stayed in. overall service was good.

Staff needs to be friendly.

Best place in Tela for a great price

Front desk staff was awkward and not very friendly. All other staff we came in contact with were very friendly especially maintenance.

In general this place is good but it could use some makeup

Poor attitude and boring. They have no attractive events for guests, the facilities are rundown, and the staff has a bad attitude. It's not a place I would recommend to a tourist looking for family fun.

It was so out dated and bad. The
