The staff were awesome. Everyone we had contact with was polite, friendly, helpful. The air conditioning was plenty cool enough. The hotel is a 2 minute slow walk from the train station but we never heard 1 single train the whole time we were there. The room was VERY quiet. From the station to Stockholm City to 10 minutes on the train and they have 24, 48, 72 hour etc etc passes which are great because they are good for the buses and metro as well. Just outside the hotel are a couple of restaurants and a store for food etc which was handy. There is tea, coffee, kettle and decent size coffee mugs in the room as well as a fridge which was great. The only thing that would be helpful is a microwave. We love oatmeal for breakfast which is not a European thing but with a microwave, we could have made our oatmeal. The shower was fantastic... plenty of hot water and a choice of 2 shower heads, as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash. I would definitely stay here again.

My stay at the hotel was generally satisfactory. The room was comfortable, and the staff were polite. However, the swimming pool was a bit dirty, and I was disappointed that the hotel did not clearly mention in advance that using the pool required an additional fee. More transparency about the extra charges and better maintenance of the pool would have made the experience much better.

The hotel was close to strawberry arena. Actually with walking distance and right next to the train. Staff was amazing and our room was very clean.

We had a great stay. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. The location to the Ulriksdal train station was very helpful for traveling to Solna, Stockholm, Upsalla, etc. There are a handful of restaurants within walking distance, that were all very good. We had a great experience.

Ok service where very good

This property does not stand out from other similar hotels in the area. It performs well in terms of cleanliness and having good staff. However, the hotel handles one issue in a very unprofessional manner. The hotel has a nice, small pool, and it is advertised everywhere, on its website, Hotels.com, and other booking platforms. However, nowhere does it clearly state that guests must pay an additional fee to use it until after the booking is confirmed. Only then do they send a message or email informing you that access to the pool costs SEK 249 per person on weekdays and SEK 349 per person on weekends. They justify this by saying the fee also includes access to the spa, sauna, and hot tub. This is the first time in my life that I've been told I have to pay extra to use a hotel's pool despite being a staying guest. We chose this hotel primarily because it had a pool, only to be told afterward that we would have to pay additional fees to use it. That is extremely misleading. The front office staff admitted that they receive this complaint frequently and suggested that I contact the manager for a resolution. However, when I tried to reach the manager (whose title is General Manager), he never answered his phone or responded to my text messages or voicemail. What an example of leadership. Joakim Zetterberg, your level of professionalism as a General Manager is disappointing. If you're considering this hotel because it has a pool, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Everything was good, though I wanted to lower the air temp in the room a couple of degrees.

Second time in a row I stayed here and have to call and email several times nagging the staff to get a receipt. Tiresome…

Room is clean, friendly staff and very helpful, breakfast is just normal like any other hotel’s continental breakfast but air conditioning in our room is weak, even when the AC temperature set to 18.5 deg C, the room was still not cold at all at night making it difficult to sleep in summer nights when it temperature is high

Overall, enjoyed the hotel. Staff was wonderful. Clean facility, good AC system, clean room, decent gym . Loved being right by the public transit station. Only wish we could dine a la carte. Did not want entire buffet.

The restaurant was closed and the pool was only available for 2 hours in the morning for children. Boring location with very few opportunities for shopping, restaurants, etc. We knew this when we booked the hotel, but unfortunately we completely missed the fact that the restaurant was closed on Sundays and that the pool was only available for children in the morning when we went with the grandchildren.

The spa is absolutely incredible. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and are always willing to assist with any request. 10/10 would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful relaxing retreat. The hotel is in a great area with many local shops nearby. In addition, the restaurant has delicious food that is very fresh. Clean room and common spaces. I will definitely come stay again!
