Excellent staff and great service

All has been great till I got a knock at the door. The cleaning lady spoke no English. Said something. I gave her a thumbs up like we are all good. She rolled her eyes. Shook her head and looked mad. Then pulled her cart on down to the next room. So all has been good untill that wierd exchange this morning.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The front desk was friendly and efficient. The room was modern, large and clean. The bathrooms were nice. The morning breakfast buffet was superior. This is a great little hidden gem right on the airport property. Two minutes to departure gates.

The hotel is clean, in a great location, and friendly. It is near a family-friendly facility, Burglar King, and a convenience store within walking distance.

When we arrived there was nobody at the front desk. We waited for a while and then she showed up no apology nothing.

Just wish the towels were properly washed, they smelled like afterbirth.

The person working at the front desk was unfriendly and didn't help resolve the problem. She was absent from work, and people had to wait a long time, standing in the lobby.

Vee at check in was amazing!!! Check in was smooth and easy. Very grateful!

We enjoyed our stay and will surely be back!
