Nice pool, location is top rated, lots of nice restaurants near by, Ulu Garden is our favourite, 2 beaches. Blue Point and Padang Padang is near by. But, room is small, mattress is hard and bathroom shower is with salty water. Also floor is cracked and peeled off a lot because it's just made from plain painted concrete. I booked extra bed for my son and it cost me 25 Euro for the tiny small hard mattress as you can see in the picture, paid 100 euro for 2 nights (no breakfast) - expensive place / I don't recommend this.

Not suitable for people expecting 5stars hotel services. This is more like a guesthouse. Good location near Suluban beach.
