This property was nothing like the pictures. The washroom was so small you couldn’t fit in and close the door, it was by the kitchen no ventilation. The lights in the kitchen didn’t work. They had teenagers staying in that building partying all night until 5am drinking and making lots of noise. We didn’t feel safe at all. The worst thing is the management was not answering the call or dealing with anything. It was Expedia who looked after us moving us to a different property. I would obviously say it’s not a property for adults or families. Very disappointed. Location was the only thing that was good about the place.

I was terribly disappointed. Super poor hygiene , no on site stuff. There was hair in the sheets and pillows. Very slow WiFi. Excess to the rooms very frustrating. Definitely not worth the price

Unfortunately when I booked they say first floor, when I arrived it was 5th floor and no elevator. We had to carry our luggage upstairs only to find out the air condition was not working. We were not able to reach anyone for help so we had to leave and book another place. Be careful.

Location is great. Restroom is tiny.

La struttura ha bisogno di essere ristrutturata. Il letto è appoggiato su un materasso senza rete. È descritto che ci sono 2 divani invece c è nè uno solo, nel bagno poca acqua e le pareti della doccia sono piene di muffa e anche l'acqua in cucina ha dei problemi.

Infested with mice. Very dirty. Check out 1 day earlier because of the mice situation. Sent 3 messages regarding out check out and never got an answer.

Primeramente, nos cambiaron el apartamento diciendo que tenía una fuga de gas, el que habíamos alquilado. En el nuevo apartamento que nos pusieron habíamos alquilado para seis personas y habían dejado cuatro toallas sucias sin juegos de cama. El sofá roto ya se le envió todas las fotos a ellos y a vosotros a hoteles.com además hicieron dos retenciones de 200 € no una como era lo que se solicitaba ahí en la contratación. Ahora a la espera de que nos hagan la devolución de los 400 €.

El lugar es muy bonito y bien ubicado, el problema fue que no había agua caliente para bañarnos, tratamos de comunicarnos con las personas encargadas pero nunca contestaron ni el teléfono, ni mensajes, que pena, no volvería a reservar en ese lugar.

Very good place: clean, comforable beds and centrally located. You are 5 /10 min from main places with restaurants and bars. Access is easy to find and check-in. Only attention point : there is busy street nearby so there is a bit of traffic noise for light sleepers.
