In short? the facilitie is not bad the managers are nice, I had noises problems my phone charger got missing from the room and watch the restaurant billing !!!

Airport pick up service was very good. Breakfast was nice also.

The airport shuttle was waiting for me when I arrived. The hotel and restaurant are nice. I only wish they would not start selling tours as soon as you enter the lobby. You will be followed by tour guides everywhere you go in Bahir Dar, at least in your hotel you should be able to relax...

Clean hotel, great hot water. A mini-bus met us at the bus station, even though I didn't specify that we were coming in by bus. Hotel staff were helpful, wanting to make our stay in Bahir Dar as comfortable as possible. One staff member volunteered to buy our return bus tickets for us so we didn't have to bother with trying to find the ticket office. We asked for extra chairs to take in the great view of Lake Tana from the 4th floor terrace, and we immediately had them. Hotel restaurant food was usually good, although a few menu items could use a little help. The hotel is off the main road, so we didn't have traffic noise to deal with.

Great management, friendly staff, and a wonderful hotel. I shall return. Very highly recommended.
