Property on hill and very expensive to get to attractions or shopping

Lady at front desk and the bellman had no customer service skills. Always seemed annoyed with guests as they were checking in or simply asking questions. No smile and not friendly at all.

Excellent stay with a great view. Good staff.

Great stay

I was surprised that they do not provide housekeeping. Going to the beach daily, it would be nice to get clean sheets. Be aware that taxis are incredibly expensive; although the city is only a short walk, it requires a very steep walk back to the hotel.

Would definitely return. Love everything about it.

My daughter and I loved our stay here. Our ocean view from our balcony was amazing! The room was spacious, clean, updated and so quiet. It had a kitchen included. The staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The pool was small but clean. The food was delicious as well as the drinks. We took a taxi to catch the ferry and went to St. John for the day. Everything was perfect. I’d definitely stay here again especially with how affordable it was.

The road leading to the hotel was really steep and bumpy…

The location was beautiful. It’s about just over half a mile down to some restaurants and a grocery store. The staff were awesome. St. Thomas is a beautiful place and definitely recommend to anyone thinking about visiting! The room we stayed in was a studio apartment basically. There was a kitchen and all the necessary basic items you would need in the kitchen to cook on. Stove, microwave, sink, dishes, pans, utensils. The view from the balcony was amazing!

I woke up to loud construction sounds (banging, scraping, power washing) EVERY day of my 6 day stay. For for of those days strange men were literally in my windows for hours at a time including my bathroom window which had no shades!! They offered me a refund, we'll see if I get it. It was THE WORST experience. If not for the construction it would have been a solid 3.5 stars.

This was a convenient property. The staff was very friendly and was helpful with information. Transpiration for us was taxi mostly to get around the island. We had a great experience.

You should rent a car. The on-property restaurant has subpar food but the food within driving distance was amazing. My villa was clean and comfy

Loved having the convenience or a cafe and a restaurant on the property. There’s always events and a beautiful view. The staff was phenomenal and I will definitely be coming back to stay!

Property was nice. Beds uncomfortable. Woke up with a backache every day.

Nice balcony. My husband has limited mobility and while there were elevators there were just too many different ones to take to reach various parts of the property. We had a car and it wasclose to town but finding parking was a challenge. Room was clean and comfortable.
