Great service and very friendly staff

The staff were very accommodating and lovely. They allowed for a later checkout without issues. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is well located with lots of shopping and walking nearby.

Only View was bad because Apartments are blocked front view. Others were so satisfied.

Great property, room amenities were great. Love the city view from the 18th floor. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Suwon is superb in its amenities and modern day living.

If you got the breakfast and half board amenities, it was not fully explained where you could go for the food. If you don’t already have a verified Naver account you can’t order room service which would’ve been nice to know before. Aside from those two things I loved the time I spent here.

I had high expectations for the new hotel's cleanliness, but I was disappointed to find mold in the shower corner and that the bottom of the glass door was not properly cleaned. Additionally, the towels appeared somewhat worn.

Stayed here due to an event at the convention center. Nice hotel. Shamefully, overpriced. It claims a 4star rating due to having restaurant and bar. The rooms are small and amenities scarce. Novetel and Ramada are within a few KMs of the convention center and half the price with equal to better rooms, amenities, and overall luxury. Marriott better be careful, ignorance is bliss in Korea but not forever.

Kind staff

Wow! Absolutely lovely designed rooms with a huge comfortable bed. The way the rooms are angled and designed, they did an amazing job with outdoor and neighbor noise reduction. Cannot hear a thing outside of our rooms. The location is absolutely perfect if you plan to visit the malls nearby or stadium.
