Clean room, nice and clean bathroom. Good a la carte dinner with bar option. Nice breakfast also. Staff very professional.

Friendly and hospitable

Hotel Mona Plaza is in an excellent location in Belgrade. It is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood while also being a short walk to many of the tourism sights in the city. The hotel is extremely clean and tidy.

Always a pleasure to stay at Mona Plaza. The staff is always welcoming and helpful and makes me feel great. Rooms are clean, tidy, beds comfortable. I would recommend booking breakfast- it is amazing choice. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Hotel is good. Service is good. But, they charge €25 per day for parking in the garage. That's just nuts, and they need to reconsider that policy.

Great hotel, brand new in a location not too far from city center. Great service and comfortable rooms. Very affordable, except for the parking... €25 is pretty steep for Belgrade.

Amazing

Terrible service, checked into a dirty room, the room was not clean once in three days. Crumbs everywhere, stained carpets, WIFI not working. Frustrated guests in the elevator and lobby. Staff was rude and defensive, zero customer service. Very sad.

Excellent stay. All the staff were very friendly. Breakfast is great and totally worth it. They even upgraded my room on check-in. I will definitely stay again.

New hotel in super area of Belgrade. Excellent overall standard and design. The only minor issue I had was if you had an east-facing room the curtains aren't dark enough for the light or keeping the heat out. And couldn't not get the aircon to reduce temperature. Aside from that, a really great hotel

I arrived late from a flight and could checkin without any issues or spoken a word which I prefer to be honest :) the hotel itself is brandnew and has some little minor issues which I guess they will learn in the process, therefore the price was 100% fair. Compared to Belgrade and for that quality it was a steal.

Rahatsız olduğum bir durum yok. Sadece havaalanı ücretsiz taşımacılık ce geleceğimiz gün mesajlara cevap verselerdi daha güzel olurdu fakat yine de tekrar gelsem tercihim burası olur.

Sehr schön Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. Leider war mein Duschkopf kaputt und ich konnte nur die Regendusche nutzen.
