Lovely hotel and staff - made to feel very welcome. For some reason they cancelled my airport pickup without telling me so there was no taxi to collect me, even though I’d confirmed a few days prior. Besides this, the hotel was very good.

The staff were very friendly. Our room was great and comfortable. The food we had at the restaurant was very flavorful.

Excellent property. The pool area is calm. And relaxing and the restaurant has some of the best food in Arusha. Highly recommended.

I booked this place after staying downtown arusha and not feeling safe or comfortable. I took a chance in this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. This place is a diamond in the rough. They have a nice pool and fitness centre but the key is the restaurant. It is superb. I ate here every time and was the best food I had in tanzania. I had another night to kill in Arusha the last night and booked in here for the second time. It's the first time it felt like a real vacation. I can't recommend this place enough. I had the tandoori chicken, pepper steak and French chicken. All were 5 stars and good enough to be a stand alone restaurant and among the best in Arusha.

The service was fantastic. The room was nice with a good view of the pool. It had a great restaurant with wonderful food. The comp breakfast was very good with many options. It had a very good gym with lots of options for cardio and weight lifting. The pool is small but very nice area to sit with good service from the restaurant.

Our stay was very nice! Enjoyed every moment being there for the two days. Walked around the area outside the hotel and that was a good time as well. Don’t really need to as the hotel has a great restaurant with plenty choices. Staff was super nice!!!! Hotel grounds were beautiful!!

This place is perfect! The service was excellent everyday ! I would love to live there if I could. All the staff from the front desk to the chef was amazing! We are planning our next trip now.

Loved this hotel. The pool was really nice, as was the restaurant and food and drink options. The room was clean and spacious. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Location was not very ideal (more than 3km away from the main Arusha town) and the price of the rooms doesn't seem to be cheap despite being further away.

Incredible staff: Goodluck, Emmanuel, Harumu, Mussa, Allen and all the employees under the direction of Lydia combine to take care of all our hotel and dining needs. Exceptionally clean: we saw three people cleaning the hallways on a Sunday afternoon. It's reasonably priced and worth every penny. With a tall electric fence and alert security guards, it's very safe.

We did not enjoy our stay. The photos for the room we booked did not match the actual room we were given. Also, there were problems with plumbing. When we were moved to another room after complaining our new room also had plumbing issues as well as cockroaches.

Great place to stay. Children friendly. Very very friendly and helpful staff.
