Well situated nice terrace Spacious but as apartment hotels are not very homely no extras cushions, throws salt pepper etc Communication good though

Great apartment, no parking onsite, but luckily we managed to get a park close.

Everything was smooth and well with entry and it’s in a great location but I think the rooms could use a bit of a good cleaning, felt a little old. Shower would leak onto bathroom floor badly and was a pain. And I think they need a better way of requesting for new towels and bedding if needed as it wasn’t Cleary stated. Bed was abit uncomfy. But all in all it was a good little spot and I’d consider staying there again

Do not stay here! This property claims to offer premier apartments and charges accordingly, but the reality is far from that. The accommodation feels more like a budget option. While the room looked similar to the photos, the images are misleading about the actual size - it was tiny. Cleaning standards were very poor, and the room we were given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Overall, very disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.

Rooms were amazing. The location is a bit far out from the city but a tram is nearby.

Clean Apartment and very central to get to where we needed.Plenty of places to eat/drink and get shopping.

Excellent stay, wonderful to have lots of space, clean and functional. Washing machine is a bonus. Apartment is warm.

A lovely space. Quite well equipped although we only did breakfast there. One uncomfortable two seater couch, six place dining table, queen bed, plates etc for 4. Washer, dryer, dishwasher. Reasonable siz bathrooms with shower enclosure. No reception, everything communicated by email. Handy location for public transport. No off street parking at all. No servicing - available for an additional fee. Might stay there again.

Property was as advertised, although I never saw anyone at the front desk during my entire stay. Check-in is all handled virtually. Some thin walls with moderate street noise, but the unit was clean and comfortable. Expect emails from the property to start about 48 hours before check-in.

Great apartment in prime location. Everything is modern in the room and the balcony is a great size. Bed is comfy and the apartment itself is huge.

This is not a Apartment Hotel. The Apartment is not serviced. One bar of soap. 1 Dishwasher Tablet. 2 Dustbin bags. Complicated access on arrival and daily access with your mobile phone. Arrived at night, no blanket, no Gowns as advertised. Very noisy.

Really good location, close to nearby pharmacy & supermarkets. Good space within the room with nice view from the balcony. Bed was really comfortable. Disappointing though to find hair on the shower floor which obviously hadn't been cleaned from the last visitor.

Although clean, no soaps or moisturiser and had to search for hair dryer. Small complaint but impacted my experience
