The property was really nice but due to the rain our ceiling started leaking and we to switch rooms on a lower floor. The lower floors were close to the club which is located right next to the hotel and the club music is very loud making to difficult to sleep.

Hotel Greystone is perfectly placed for everything - eating, shopping, transport options, getting to the beach. It also has an onsite bar, restaurant and snack bar which are all brilliant. I would highly recommend this hotel

Had a great stay here with my boyfriend for our anniversary. Only stayed one night as we had a cruise but the staff was so friendly and accommodating to our early check in. The restaurant on site has incredible food and our server was knowledgable about all the options. The head chef came and spoke to us to make sure we were enjoying the food which added to the top level hospitality we were receiving. The hotel room is clean and the rooftop bar and pool wasn’t crowded so we enjoyed it a lot. It’s a great location only a few minutes walk from the beach

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Miami and I will definitely be back every time moving forward. Everyone was so friendly and I especially enjoyed dinner at Sérêvène!

Im glad we only booked one night in this hotel! Booked the double suite with the private jacuzzi on the roof but it’s NOT private! Employees are constantly coming to the roof to “work” while trying to chat. My niece is in college and jumped out immediately, feeling uncomfortable. Sunday morning we were awakened at 7:17am but employees above us trying to fix the jacuzzi that belongs to a different suite but was above us so we heard.

We had such a lovely experience! The staff was wonderful and we were able to check in super early which was HUGELY appreciated. Amazing low key pool, lovely pool bartender. All around we had an amazing stay and wish we could have extended!

Staff was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, not at all the fault of theirs but outdoor traffic and noise was terrible at 2-5 am that you would waken easily. It was 4th of July weekend though. Other than that, would 100 percent return and are planning to.

Had a lovely experience checking in with Fredrico, friendly fun. Gave us a room upgrade. Bottle of wine. We ate in the restaurant, Serevene, outstanding service and food. This hotel was not expensive but really went beyond our expectations. I think we were lucky with room upgrade though
