Excellent stay. Great location, nice quaint city filled with shopping stores, restaurants, and a great nightlife.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I love the ocean room view , the food is good and service is great.

Tunco is a quaint beach town were surfing is the primary attraction. A walk along the streets, shops, and street vendors make for a colorful experience but be prepared to sweat as virtually nothing is air conditioned except our hotel room that was a great refuge from the heat. This hotel was the right place to stay and we will return. Wait staff in restaurant was only average, but rest of staff was great! Breakfast ok with no substitution made choice more complicated...

We stayed in a beachfront suite expecting a luxury experience, but unfortunately, the room conditions were far from acceptable. Cons: •The water pressure was extremely low, and at times the water would shut off completely. For 3-4 mins and shampoo in hair. •There was no hot water throughout our stay. •On several occasions, the water came out dark and tasted like salty beach water—definitely not filtered. •Our bathroom had ants everywhere, which made it feel unsanitary. •Although the staff called maintenance daily, the issues were never resolved. •The hotel manager never followed up as promised; I had to reach out first. •For the amount we paid, the experience felt more like a 1-star motel than a beachfront suite. Pros: •The staff were amazing—friendly, attentive, and clearly doing their best. •We had an in-room massage that was incredible. •The location was perfect, right by the beach and next door to a lively bar/club. •The environment overall was fun and vibrant. •The food was absolutely delicious. •The room’s AC worked perfectly, which was a big plus. It’s unfortunate that such major issues with the basic amenities overshadowed what could’ve been an incredible stay. With better maintenance and communication from management, this place could truly shine. Tried to upload a video of the shower water pressure but it did not let me. Here is a picture of the water pressure and how it was nearly impossible to shower and be next to the wall to get some water.

Location is great. Hotel is nice. The only thing it needs a full size mirror and some hooks to hang up the bath towels. The shower was not hot. I would still visit again

This hotel was very nice! The property is well maintained and the location is fantastic! The hotel is located on a safe street filled with shops, bars, and restaurants. The hotel breakfast is delicious (made to order/select from several options). The beach is alright. The sand is limited depending on the tide. But, with everything else (location, pools) the beach is still good. We are planning to return again!

Best location on the beach. Right next to two nightclubs yet far enough awayyou can get a quiet night's sleep. The pools are gorgeous and the perks like free parking and free onsite breakfast are great too. Try the shrimp alfredo! It's so good.

Greatpools and its a prime location. Seriously looks like the best hotel on the strip.

The room was nice, with good air conditioning and view. The pools were well kept. Was too noisy at nights and the food quality could have been much better. The street to the parking was congested and many times blocked when trying to come in or leave.

Super cool location right in the surf town

Property was very nice. Great on being timely responsive. The room provided everything we needed. Very spacious! A/c worked wonderful. The view outside our balcony was very nice. Will definitely return to the hotel and recommend. Provided breakfast with our stay.
