Very clean, staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great, would definitely stay here again

It’s the staff that make this hotel so exceptional and even though I forgot one of my shirts they are arranging to post that back to me having found it.

Good position near a service area so options available for evening eating out.

This place was wonderful for our needs. Seemed centrally located to tour places in Cornwall and very comfortable to come home to. Having the little mall next door with McDonalds and Subway and other things made it perfect for us as Americans. The front desk people were all wonderful too. Would stay again!

From arrival, I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. The room was spotless, and it was clear this hotel takes pride in its work. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly on departure and arrival, our experience was enjoyable and comfortable.

This is a lovely hotel, we would highly recommend it. The hotel and all areas are spotlessly clean. The staff are so friendly and efficient, nothing is too much trouble. This is our second stay within 2 months, and when we are in Cornwall we would always choose to stay here.

Always come back here for my Cornish breaks. Convenient location and excellent hotel

Excellent hotel, would definitely recommend staying there. Eveything about the hotel is great. Lovely cooked breakfast included, staff are so friendly and welcoming and the hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas. Lovely room with a very comfortable bed too. We would definitely stay again without hesitation when in Cornwall.

It is a large facility with plenty of close parking. Best of all the rooms were quiet, beds comfortable and the shower was good.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels for business travel, and this is one of the best I’ve stayed in. The hotel is so clean and new, the staff are great (particularly Gary) and I will always stay here again when next in the area

The amount of EV chargers particularly good for me

The hotel was surprisingly quite given the location. Much quieter than another chain hotel 2 minutes away. It was great to have EV chargers outside too.

The hotel was everything that you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express and more. Great size rooms, comfy beds and excellent service from all staff at the reception desk, as well as at breakfast the next morning. The choices at breakfast were more than sufficient with a great variety of options and they even made vegetarian sausages especially for us. Would definitely come back and stay again.
