Really nice place, friendly staff and a great location

We stayed in a studio. It has very thing that we needed from private bathroom, full kitchen, basic cookware etc. The building is a remodeled historic building, very charming. We stayed on the top floor with old staircase but we did not mind - just to enjoy the architecture. The only thing is shower head and bathroom heat did not function swell.

Good base for a couple of nights

They allowed us to check in early and the room was great. Loved the location too.

The staff couldn’t be more accommodating and responsive. I would surely stay at their guesthouse again.

Great facilities, excellent location and good value. We used the shared laundry facilities, which were fine. We enjoyed the kitchenette in our studio and especially the coffee machine.

Within the town

Did not realize the room was a shared bathroom. Never would have booked. Managers were not at all friendly. No elevator. Street parking was not plentiful.

It doesn’t look like much on the outside but when you get inside the guest house, at least on the floor we were on everything was modern, clean, and comfortable. The common bathroom was large and well equipped. The manager, from Thailand couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.

The property description identified the triple as including a bathroom but it was only a shared bathroom which was misleading.

Not very clean. Bathrooms were a mess, kitchen area a disaster, common room was filthy.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Managisting Guesthouse. We rented a studio apartment room for 3 nights and would definitely stay there again if we go back to Isafjordur. The room was clean and the amenities were awesome - refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven, sink, personal bathroom, and excellent TV choices for laying around at night. Everything in town is walkable from this location with the grocery store right next door.

Great location for walking around in the middle of the pretty town. Room was clean and comfortable but small. Kitchen well equipped and had a sitting area and dining table. Coffee available. Stairs are narrow and no elevator.

Convenient location.two minutes walk to supermarket. We got a room with the most wonderful view. Kitchen had everything we needed for a home cooked meal. The best experience ever.

Basic guesthouse, sparsely decorated but clean. Host was very helpful and even gave us a lift back to the airport.
