SO PEACEFUL AND STAFFS WERE HELPFUL

No complaints about my stay! I went for a staycation for a night with my 4 year old son and it was perfect. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and clean with a really comfortable bed. Having access to a pool was great. I didn’t use it but the gym looked well equipped too. We went to the bistro for dinner and it had a good variety with tasty options. There was continental breakfast as well as breakfast at the bistro, with great options in both. They also had a pretty well stocked snack bar (for purchase) in the lobby which would have definitely come in useful for a longer stay. Overall great stay and I’ll definitely be back.

We traveled to this location in an EV and on check in, weren't told some specific information on getting the chargers working. When you check in, please ask the host for the specific issues faced by many. It would have been ALOT less stressful had that information been volunteered initially. US v Canadian App (Not clear online) Pool area was nice but is in need of some ventilation as it was very humid and stunk of chlorine. Also, if you book through Expedia, check to see if your stay includes breakfast. I assumed it did, then had to make other arrangements.

Breakfast was basic at best. I have had far better at other hiltons. The bistro wasnt the amazing and there was no bar. It was an open space with a bistro bar counter. No the vibe expected when thinking hotel bar even it it is in a lobby. Cold, open and too bright to be a bar in my opinion. Everything else was amazing

Clean and comfortable bed the workout room was very clean and the pool was nice

The only complaint I have about this property is the barn door for the bathroom has quite a gap and doesn’t provide much privacy.

Lovely hotel, well maintained and the staff are very friendly. Excellent breakfast and great location. This is the hotel we stay in when we come to Oshawa and are very happy with our time there.
