My 4th stay I believe. I will never stay there again and in my 30 years of professional travel I have seldomly encountered this kind of cold and unprofessional management. Hotel itself and location are excellent.

It is really a nice hotel in a nice setting with lots of things to explore only downside is the staff. I had stained my bed and therefore I had to pay 150 USD which I did. Then upon the special request of the general manager I had to pay another 150 USD cash not by credit card for possible future damages(!) Normally I would not pay that amount but I just did not want any problems. Then 2 weeks later they messaged me that I had to pay extra because they noticed that I had company in the room and this was by the way my 4th stay. They send me a link via Whatsapp with the urgent request to pay for the second person my friend who only visited an hour or so. When I brought up th 150 USD they owed me they stopped communicating with me. I send another message asking my 150 USD back but not reaction. I stay for my work at least 3-4 months in hotels per year and have been doing so the last 30 years. I am highest tier a several chains including Globalist at Hyatt and I can tell you that this is the worst staff I have ever encountered. There are surely nice people among them for example catering or housekeeping but reception and security are not what one should expect. The hotel is really nice thought. Can't say anything bad about that but the 150 USD they owe me is gone that's for sure. I will never ever stay there again unless the management changes.

One of the towers doesn’t really feel like a hotel. The main building is nice. Loads of restaurants and shops nearby.
The restaurant was closed for one week during my visit which we found very disappointing as we would use it to entertain and dine with our guests

None helped me with my luggage when I check out and I had a big bag and too many stairs.
In the breakfast I asked to clean a table and i didn’t received help. I had to clean it myself

Staff steered by management is mostly fake friendly and hotel is not run by a mentality based on hospitality and understanding. Professional travellers will pick this up immediately. However hotel is nice and clean in a good area.

The staff was amazing & very helpful. There is a bar on the main level which does play loud music almost every night. Other than that, our stay was perfect.

Great, hop place. Great hotel amenities and services within the Atrium. Especially the hair and nail salon Marie Carol. Highly recommended .
