It is really a nice hotel in a nice setting with lots of things to explore only downside is the staff. I had stained my bed and therefore I had to pay 150 USD which I did. Then upon the special request of the general manager I had to pay another 150 USD cash not by credit card for possible future damages(!) Normally I would not pay that amount but I just did not want any problems. Then 2 weeks later they messaged me that I had to pay extra because they noticed that I had company in the room and this was by the way my 4th stay. They send me a link via Whatsapp with the urgent request to pay for the second person my friend who only visited an hour or so. When I brought up th 150 USD they owed me they stopped communicating with me. I send another message asking my 150 USD back but not reaction. I stay for my work at least 3-4 months in hotels per year and have been doing so the last 30 years. I am highest tier a several chains including Globalist at Hyatt and I can tell you that this is the worst staff I have ever encountered. There are surely nice people among them for example catering or housekeeping but reception and security are not what one should expect. The hotel is really nice thought. Can't say anything bad about that but the 150 USD they owe me is gone that's for sure. I will never ever stay there again unless the management changes.
