Ended up not staying at this hotel and has asked Hotel.com to return my deposit which I have yet to receive. The premises has no electricity when we arrive and the "room" we were finally offered was at the end of the property amongst some construction sites. Fearing for our security we decided to let the management know we are not staying.

Not ready for travelers. Overpriced. Very uncomfortable. Airport close by but you have to go back into Lusaka and then back to the airport on a separate road. Few positives. Random, sparse, uncomfortable furnishings. TV not working well. Dirty and run-down. I saw construction, so maybe the quality will improve. Staff was pleasant, but this place is not ready for prime-time/Expedia.
