Staff is amazing !

Pretty view, comfortable, excellent water pressure, good mirrors, good pillows, good space, nice balcony, great pool, free drinks, resort fee can be used for food & drink credit at restaurant. Easy parking & luggage racks, waters in room, mini fridge, nice ambiance and decor, everything we needed to relax!

We had a great stay at the Cassara. The staff were lovely, the room was clean and tidy and the hot tub and pool were great to enjoy and watch the sunset over Carlsbad.

Property itself was clean. But careful when other rooms are booked. People have no consederation for others. Noises are loud with other people. Upstairs person was walking hard and making slamming noises all night! Could bot sleep

Excellent service, clean and peaceful environment.

Parking area should have supervision. Our car was hit and person ran away without leaving a note. Maybe with the presence of a security guard this might have been prevented or at least the persons who did it would have thought twice about leaving. Other than that suggestion of putting a security guard there everything was great. Front staff always nice and helpful. Breakfast is always good. Amenities are excellent. Thank you. Hotel ground was really nice. Relaxing and their pool and fire pit area was awesome. Kids and adult enjoyed the experience and the view was nice

Minimal amenities for being a Hilton.. Staff never brought the things to out room that I requested after multiple requests. Food was sub par and very expensive..

The shuttle service to Lego land for this hotel practically did not exist. You have to call to make an appointment. We called them many times, they never answer or called back. So we ended up walk to Legoland. That is a short distance about 10 minutes walk. But when we came back at night. There was a gate in the public area that was closed at night. Then we have to find ways to walk far around to get back to the hotel. But it was dark, so we just walked back to Legoland and left my wife to wait there waiting while I walked around trying to find my way back. That was a very bad experience. Other hotel have constant shuttle service till late! You do not need to make appointment like this hotel’s arrangement. It is a big strike against this hotel if you plan to visit Legoland with their shuttle service!

Its walking distance from Legoland. Staff from yhe front desk and cleaners are very friendly and accomodating. The hotel is clean and updated. We have a high clearance vehicle and they let us park outside and not in the underground parking.

no one mentioned the $32 parking, no one to help with the bags, $6.00 coffee, Resort fee $25.00 Little things that don't surprise you. I booked the Hyatt and was informed of all fees in advance. Would still have booked your hotel but wonder if next time there would be new fee and not be told. Richard
