Excellent hotel and staff. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.

they didn't have anyone to speak english at lobby. our room door didn't have lock and at least four time someone tried to open the door either for cleaning or anything else. we couldn't feel safe there.

This is a brand new hotel with potential, however when we were booked there it was not client ready. Management was disorganized and inexperienced. Hotel breakfast was horrible, and there was no buffet as advertised until the morning we checked out. AC wasn't working at all. Room temp was 30-31C during our 5 night stay. Housekeeping never cleaned the room unless asked. There was no shampoo, shower gel or towels unless requested for multiple times daily. Saving grace is the lovely pool and sitting area. Spacious rooms with balconies are perfect for families. Once the hotel is up and running properly, it may be worth a re-visit.

Friendly and warm staff especially the manager. Brand new property so everything is brand new!
