There was someone in our room when we got in there trying to fix AC. When he came back he explained not going to be abke to fix so we accepted half off and he was going to bring a fan. When we got home at night the floor fan was blowing hot air from outside since he left windows open. We were expecting an oscillating fan and wish he would have left windwos closed due to humidity. It was hotter when we got home than shen we left. I would not stay again unless we are refunded 100%

I really love the bathroom in the main bedroom very nice and water pressure was great. The only negative thing was the walls in the apartment were dirty when we came in and I know there have been other guest before but it didn’t really bother me. Everything was great very clean and would book again

2nd time staying at Sonder and will stay again. Love the area. We did have issue's with our access code but they quickly reprogrammed it remotely for us. Our tv wasn't able to be watched at all because it needed to be signed into the network. They put in a work order but it was never resolved.

We were in walking distance to our business event. We were also in walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants, and anything you needed was nearby.

Property was great love the location. Saunders was unable to help me when I got locked out of my room from them changing my door code halfway through my stay. Luckily enough, a fellow guest had the same issue and was able to walk me through how to get a new code. Probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the lack of customer service when an issue arises.

Our booking was cancelled by Sonder 2 hours before we were checking in. As we were travelling we did not get the email until we had arrived at the apartment. Sonder did not offer any alternatives and we had to contact Expedia customer support to arrange alternative accomodation. Read the trustpilot reviews of Sonder and you should will be note that this type of last minute cancellation is common I would not consider any sonder property again and urge Expedia to consider if they should work with them if they want to avoid this type of problem with their customers.

Terrible from start to finish! Requested payment even though everything was processed. Called overseas 4 times and got hung up on each time. Email was not better until finally I got the codes an hour before checkin because guess what.......It was already paid for! Apartment was used and abused. White walls were brown, guest toilet barely flushed, dust in all of the vents, right next to the elevated trains that run ALL NIGHT LONG, and the list goes on.

There was never any communication about getting a card on file for incidentals. You had no right to cancel my reservation after giving me all the confirmation codes to enter the building and room codes. If you needed a card on file, you should communicate, rather than simply cancel and leave us homeless at the last minute. TERRIBLE!

This is a property that uses the kind of new system that asks for identification information before check-in. Owned by Marriott, so felt better about giving all my information. The location is clean and easily accessible by public transportation. Room was spacious, and the view was pretty good. Ran into cleaning staff exiting as we checked in, so we knew people were on-site even if no front desk. Clean room, no issues.

email for check in was not sent properly. took over an hour to check in to the hotel due to that. once checked in, the provided code to the hotel room did not work, had to spend another 45 mins on hold with sonder as they changed the code.
