Beautiful luxury resort. The hammam ritual was wonderful. Security is good as well. Service was so friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean, beautiful, large and well appointed. I enjoyed my meal at Saraba though it was pricey, but for a buffet with many excellent options and grilled lamb chops, steak or merguez. Other nights we went into Tozeur to eat. Although more disconnected from local culture than our other hotel stays in Tunisia, it was a bit of a respite from our travels, as a woman, to be able to relax a bit in our attire as well and enjoy Western facilities in a resort.

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning desert landscape and the luxurious ambiance of the resort. Every aspect of my experience was excellent, from the beautifully appointed rooms to the exquisite dining options and top-notch amenities. However, what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by the staff. In particular, I would like to express my deepest appreciation for AMENI, who works as a restaurant host. Her warm and welcoming demeanor, coupled with her exceptional attention to detail, made every dining experience a delight. AMENI went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met, and her genuine kindness left a lasting impression on me. The entire team at Anantara Sahara Tozeur Resort deserves praise for their dedication to guest satisfaction, but AMENI’s hospitality truly stood out. She is a shining example of the high standards that this resort upholds. I highly recommend Anantara Sahara Tozeur Resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway in the Sahara. Amazing hotel, Amazing staff. Great cost benefit relationship. Highly recommended. Tozeur itself, not a nice city or much to do. The worth visiting places are somewhat far away.

Limited food varieties and quality is just average for a 5 star hotel, Spa closed at 5 pm and activity programmes very limted.

The property and location were heavenly! The service and staff were professional and every detail was impeccable. Mekong restaurant was phenomenal and breakfast as well. The Spa was one of the best, desert voyage was once in a life time experience - generally speaking, a perfect place! Only suggestion is to have more dining options and room service food was not edible.

Everything was unique about this place; the property, the staff, the service, the hospitality, simply everything. The manager is exceptional and his kind spirit is reflective in all his staff, we were taken care of as if each one of us was the only guest. They were beyond amazing and the experience spectacular … Thank you Anantara.

Excellent service! We have spend the new year party at the hotel and i will never forget it. The stuff were excpetional highly recommend it

Most of the staff was very lovely!! Was really Not convenient for food especially vegetarian meals unfortunately Had some issue but management tried to fix it! Reception,bellman,bar, cleaning staff and restaurant staff was very nice and kind!! Little pricy for what they offer! But it was worth for the kind employee they had! Thx

Our stay here was wonderful! The staff truly went above and beyond to help us during our stay (Kadhija, Ahmed, and Mohammed were especially helpful.) The grounds are beautiful and there are many amenities. Our room was especially comfortable. The food was good, and our complementary breakfast was delicious.

Everything was perfect, great service very kind staff, i’ve enjoyed the basketball court and the fact that you can find bikes to ride everywhere. It was a great experience and this is by far the best hotel in Tunisia.

I like the location and the staff did a great job. Very friendly. Will definitely return.

Luxury hotel , no indoor pool !! Over all it’s a wonderful hotel , little bit over priced for that kind of service

Pour une visite rapide à Tozeur et deux journées de détente, nous avons choisi l’hôtel Anantara… et c’était une magnifique expérience. L’hôtel est calme, paisible, parfait pour se reposer. La nourriture était excellente et très variée : fruits de mer, poulet, viande rouge… un vrai plaisir, entre plats traditionnels et cuisine internationale. La chambre était très propre, le service attentionné, et le personnel toujours souriant. Un endroit impeccable qu’on recommande vivement.

Resort beem acima da media, funcionarios muito educados e preparados, concierge muito dedicado. Estrutura sensacional, extemamente limpo e bem cuidado, quarto excelente, super confortavel e espaçoso, cama, lençois e travesseiros excelentes, shampos, sabonetes e condicionador otimos tambem. O restaurante sem comentarios, impecavel, comida excelente, super saborosa e variada. O hotel esta muito proximo da perfeicao, fica dificil apontar pontos a melhorar, no geral a sauna podia ser liberada sem cobranca adicional, no mais nada a apontar, estao de parabens.
