The breakfast alone is enough to give 5 stars. My wife is allergic to wheat so we need a place with gluten free options. She was very happy with the selection and taste of the breakfast here.

Super clean and modern room. Fabulous views. Beds comfy and the breakfast was vast. Very impressive. Great location in the Tripla Mall and convenient for shops, restaurants and the train station. Perfectly soundproofed. Will stay here again.

Clean room , helpful staff , easy access and approach

Customer service at its best. Nothing to complain about. Only problem hing I can think of which is like going above and beyond is having power outlets that can accommodate non European connectors.

Not only was the location convenient for access to Pasila Station and shopping centers, but the room was always kept clean, the temperature and humidity were comfortable, and I was very satisfied with the comfortable service that respected my privacy. The cleanliness of the bathroom and bathroom facilities was also impeccable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and has a wide variety of options, including gluten-free options.

Ideal for our needs. A little more time for breakfast on weekdays would be good. We were glad of the late breakfast till 11 am on the Sunday but despite the breakfast room being very busy the staff were determinedly clearing away a lot of the food and milk we needed at 10 30 as we arrived which was not exactly welcoming...as my partner needed milk for his special diet ( he cannot eat solid food and relies on powdered milkshakes) and had to ask staff to bring some milk back as it has all been taken away . We ve otherwise had a great trip to Finland and enjoyed Sokos hotel hospitality 100% in the past so felt we should give you this feedback . We love the Finnish commitment to tidiness and cleanliness but this just went a little too far!

The breakfast buffet is amazing. Nine minute walk to the convention center. Five minute train to Helsinki city center. The Mall it's located in has a 24 hour grocery store, lots of top brands shopping, restaurants, pharmacy, etc.

The breakfast buffet was really good, the bed was really comfortable. The hotel itself is in a great location. Unfortunately there was some lack of communication when it came to house keeping service. Waited 3 days with no one cleaning my room, had to speak to the font desk to have housekeeping come and clean the room and change towels. Room always felt warm even with the thermostat as low as it could go.

Fantastic hotel. Great for the dogs and showing at the World Dog Show. Breakfast was wonderful. Perfect location.

Kind and polite staff from the front desk to the cleaners and everyone in between. Breakfast buffet was always clean, staff super kind, but most of all delicious, plentiful and filled us up for hours. This was my first stay at a Sokos hotel. Now I will look for them when I travel in Finland. Important: the rooms were quiet: not once in our 5 day stay did we hear someone else’s door close/open or chatter on the hallways. Fabulous!!!!

Summer intern checked me in and unfortunately her knowledge level of hotel services was not great nor her customer listening skills - hopefully she learn when summer goes ahead :-)

Fabulous stay! great location with the Tripla Mall and trains so close. I felt very safe and the breakfast was amazing! Staff were very nice and accommodating for our special needs. Thank you VERY MUCH!

Convenient location; superb shopping and restaurants. Staff are a little stuffy but maybe that is just being Finnish ;)

Convenient and clean

Excellent hotel in the Tripla Mall, rooms are big in comparison to most of the city hotels, breakfast spread is huge and lots of variety and it’s from 7.30 till 11, many restaurants in the mall itself, direct connection to the airport for just 4.40 euros

I enjoyed my stay and the proximity to the Messukeskus fair venue.

Very practical and clean, comfortable hotel situated in a shopping g mall in Central Helsinki. Decent value for money considering the central location ( it’s on top of the main central railway station) so if you need to travel anywhere outside of Helsinki it makes for a good base due to it’s great transport connections.

This hotel is connected to the large shopping centre tripla and train station Pasila. It is convenient in many ways, but unfortunately it's is poorly laid out probably because of the connection with the shopping centre. There are three elevators, yet waiting time is slow. The gym is nice and spacious, although the sauna was rather tight. Room was spacious with large mirror, but need was rather uncomfortable, leaving my back aching after a few hours of sleep. Regrettably wishing I stayed in another hotel...
