The deposit due to third party reservation was upsetting. Signing the non smoking page is confusing to me given that each day the hallways, front entrance, etc… smelled like marijuana. Overall though my room was fairly clean and the hotel itself was nice. But some things definitely need to be addressed.

Very good location, safe. The room was very clean, sheets comfy and I slept well. It was quiet and I didn’t hear any outside noise. We were on a road trip and this location with within 8-10 minute drive to lots of restaurants & bars. We highly recommend the hotel.

I didnt catch her name but African American female working on the night of May 4th was great! Helped me out with figuring out the Wi-Fi situation. Very great customer service.

There was a pair of lady's underwear still in my room. And no microwave or coffee maker

The customer service was great, very kind and helpful. breakfast staff was very kind as well and was keeping everything stocked. the cleanliness of our room left a lot to be desired. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom and the floor was very sticky. I felt bad to ask someone to come clean as we already had to ask for extra blankets for the pull out couch. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, the staff was great and made our stay enjoyable

Not what I expected from a Wyndham property

Located in neighborhood surrounded by healthcare offices. No amenities nearby which means a lot of Uber charges.

They did not make the room We complained and mgmt Vincent was off No night mgr available They clean the room the next day They said they clean rooms every other day

Nice place. Clean, free parking. You have to understand the lingo, "free parking" and "parking available" are 2 different things.. friendly staff.

The property was updated and clean in communal areas. The breakfast was good with a variety. Unfortunately, our room had a (pet?) odor throughout our stay and there was a sticky spill from the prior guests that had not been missed.

Property could be cleaner.
