Love the amenities and customer service from arrival to departure. Good spread of buffet breakfast, free drinks at the reception and supper! Awesome stay and will visit again

We really enjoyed our stay. Shuzenji Onsen was fabulous and very relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the Onsen and my kids enjoyed wearing the yakuta and loungewear around the hotel. We borrowed some bikes for a few hours and they were in great condition.

Great buffet dinner and breakfast

Stayed here for two nights on 30 Nov and 1 Dec. The hotel has def seen some years but everything was clean and tidy. Rooms were spacious and still had a standing shower, though you would likely not be using it much. Was lucky enough to be given a room at level 4 which is also where the 7 private baths were located at. Each private bath had a different theme (eg some were made of stone, some of wood etc), and it never felt too busy that you had to wait for long to use one. Breakfast and dinner had plenty of options. All in all, happy with the facilities and the stay. Would recommend.

Exquisite entrance design, friendly staff, interesting, efficient, thoughtful Japanese style set up. Very impressed with private bath, yukata, Japanese flower arrangement, variety and exquisite food choices.

Loved this property. It was modern, clean, and nice to go barefoot throughout on the tatami mats. We loved the yukatas, the private onsens, and the buffets had good variety and tasty options. Definitely a good value and our kids loved it as well. We will be back!

The hotel has everything! A convenience store, karaoke room, game arcade etc. I love the no shoes policy. Buffet was great, rooms & facilities are clean. The best part was the 7 private onsen

館内の遊びスペースが広く、小さいお子さんは喜んでいるようでした。私達は、もう成人した息子達との旅行でしたが、卓球やコミックスペース、ちょっとしたサービス（ドリンクやアイス）夜のラーメン、そして何より種類のある貸切風呂（予約無し）に入る事が出来、大人家族も楽しむ事が出来ました！夜のブッフェは、特にステーキと金目が美味しかったです。 スタッフも感じが良く、夏休みらしい良い家族時間が過ごせました。

両親へのプレゼントにと思い宿泊させて頂きました。が、過去に両親は来た事があるとの事。それだけ、リッチ気分にさせてくれる施設なんだなと感じました。 貸切風呂が無料で予約も不要というだけあってか、3〜４回見に行きましたが使用中で、利用できませんでした。 食事は種類が豊富で食べきれない程でした。

GWの前半に利用したが、宿泊客が多くなく貸切風呂は待ち時間なく利用できて良かった。ただ、2食付きのプランにしたが、夕食の質は価格に見合ってないと感じた。
