We needed this hotel because it was an easy walk to Robina Hospital. Used on number occasions never disappoints.

Close to train and bus links, parkland and shopping. Walkable. Clean, quiet, well-equipped rooms. In room control of air conditioning.

Was a great unit and everything as you would expect from Oaks.

The property was new and clean, with very friendly and helpful front desk staff. It is very close proximity to Robina train station. Would stay here again.

AC over the bed annoying. I was in room A whoever was in B maybe with a dog up slamming doors at all hours of the night and early morning. Really spoilt the stay

This was our 5th or 6th time staying at Robina. Each time we are greeted by friendly staff, clean room- home away from home style. One of the best pet-friendly hotels, they go above and beyond when it comes to our dog. We will definitely keep booking here whenever we are at the GC. Thank you!

I don't like paying extra for parking.

We booked here for a Pet Freindly stay to see if our dachshund would cope being a traveller. Well from the moment we booked communication was brilliant with the team about their needs for the dog and our needs of them. On arrival a friendly greeting from Ellie and checked in quickly. A small mini bar in the foyer, a book exchange and a morning coffee cart. In the pet friendly 1 bedroom was a dog bed, bowls, bluey mats, bags, treats and a toy. A welcome pup menu with different pup treats and pupcinno's.....this is a well oiled gig! Our girl had lots of pats from the staff. Everyone throughout the property was always happy and smiling and very efficient right down to text messaging to get information to guests each day. The room itself being well thought out with everything you could need. And the personal courtyard such a brilliant concept with pets. As a travel agent it has ticked all boxes for an apartment block.

Staff were great. Facilities excellent. Hallways had a musty smell. Didn't know they had EV chargers until I had parked.
